Frequently Asked Questions

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

We ship to all countries Worldwide. Our warehouses are located in the United States. We have two main suppliers, one in Los Angeles, and one in New York. International rate do apply.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $120 USD. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price. There are shipping costs for artwork, however we add the shipping into the cost of the item. This means the price you see on the site for ONLY artwork is the cost with shipping included. This rule ONLY applies to artwork. Keep in mind that our prices do not include customs fees or other additional taxes that might apply to your country.

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code via email with which you can track your order.

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be goods by mail, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed., and a credit will be automatically be applied via the original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.

In case your order hasn't been processed yet, it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been delivered it is not able to changed or cancelled.

Some items are restocked every now and then. However, some of our items may not be restocked after being sold out. We advise you to keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about these restocks.
